Questions about orders
I have not received any order confirmation / shipping notification
If you have not received any e-mails from us, you have most likely mistyped your e-mail address when placing the order or the e-mail we have sent has been caught in the spam folder by your e-mail provider. If you still can not find your order confirmation/shipping notification, please email us at email@example.com so we can make sure that we have actually received your order.
Is it possible to return an order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If your order has arrived broken or defective, or we have sent you another print by mistake, please write us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Questions about shipping
Have my order been shipped yet?
We ship all orders on Tuesday and Friday, so if you have placed an order, for example, on a Saturday, we will ship it the next Tuesday. You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
How to track my package?
You will receive a separate e-mail from the shipping provider with tracking info when your order has been dispatched. If you need any help tracking your package, please do not hesitate contacting us.
What is my tracking number?
In the e-mail from the delivery company you will find your tracking number.
My order is delayed, what should I do?
If your order is delayed please get in touch with the shipping company who can help you with more information. Just provide them with your tracking number. If they are not able to help you, you are of course welcome to contact us and we will assist you the best way possible.
